Atlanta Housewife NeNe Leakes has proven to be stellar success. The Queens, New York native has made a name for herself on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" as the social butterfly that is never at a loss for words.

This wife and mother of two is not your average "housewife." While the former model was a stay-at-home mom with her youngest son, she is now working on two major projects that highlight her talents. As the FOUNDER of The Twisted Hearts Foundation, NeNe promotes awareness of domestic violence and is an advocate for battered women.

"A lot of people think that domestic violence is something that just happens in an urban city or to people of a [lower] income level. No, it truly happens to very wealthy people–doctors, lawyers, atheletes' wives. I know so many atheletes' wives who are abused by their husbands. It's a subject that is very near and dear to my heart."

She is also opening a luxury boutique hotel in the near future. Her vision of a 30-40 room hotel will be coming to fruition with the help of a fabulous designer and hotel investors.

This brilliant businesswoman is also working on a book about domestic violence and a jewelry and handbag line. She is also working her acting muscle as a member of the Screen Actors Guild.

NeNe is a celeb-favorite. Rosie O'Donnell, Anderson Cooper, and Gayle King have named her as their favorite housewife. The vivacious vixen appeared in numerous magazines as the most popular housewife in franchise history.
